The Rural and Agricultural Studies Section of the Western Social Science Association invites paper and session proposals for its 45th annual conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, 9-12 April 2003. Deadline for submission is 15 November 2002. Panels, roundtable discussions, and papers on any aspect of rural studies or agriculture are welcome. Scholars willing to serve as moderators/discussants should indicate their interests. Please submit paper/session proposals with presentation title, presenter(s) name(s), contact information, and an abstract (150-word maximum) along with audio-visual needs to:
