A three-day mini-course for legal scholars who desire to learn how to design and conduct empirical studies and use statistical software to manage and analyze data. No prior background, experience, or knowledge with empirical inquiry is required. The course provides skills needed to join the forefront of this new movement in legal scholarship. Program will be conducted at the Washington University School of Law, with accommodations and meals provided at the new world-class Charles F. Knight Executive Education Center.
