ABC-Clio, a reference publisher, is planning a series of one-volume, single author reference books on the history of science. Authors are being sought for volumes on ancient science, Victorian science, early twentieth-century science, and contemporary science (from 1950). Compensation is in the form of royalties, with advances. If interested in writing one of the volumes, please contact the series editor, William Burns, with a brief summary of relevant education and experience.
