Call for Papers Mathematical Population Studies
An International Journal of Mathematical Demography
Mathematical Population Studies presents research papers in the mathematical and statistical study of human and non-human populations. Readers will find papers that go beyond mainstream mathematical population studies, including information on:
Innovative demographic methods dealing with mortality, fertility, migration, and the evolutionary dynamics of animal and human populations
Models for the study of populations of the past
Epidemiological models for the transmission and control of infectious diseases
Models for the interactions between populations and the economy, the environment, or the sustainability of renewable resources.
The journal is interdisciplinary and invites contributions by mathematicians, demographers, bio-statisticians, sociologists, economists, biologists, epidemiologists, actuaries, geographers, and others who are interested in the mathematical formulation of population-related questions.
