CALL FOR PAPERS
2ND ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE SOCIETY OF DIX-NEUVIÉMISTES
1 - 2 SEPTEMBER 2003
We are pleased to invite proposals for papers to be given at the
second major conference of the Society of Dix-Neuviémistes, to be held
at the University of Leeds.
The theme of the conference is 'Currencies', to be interpreted as
widely as possible and from a broad range of disciplinary, theoretical
and methodological perspectives. As a guideline, we would invite
proposals on the following aspects of the topic that may become panels
at the conference:
Exchanges
Accounts/Accountability
Balancing the Books
Currents
Receipts
Economies Flow
Overdrafts/Overdrawn
Banks/Banking
Critical Currency
Values
Investment Fluidity/Liquidity
Gold/Gold Standard
Expense
Checks and Balances
Sales
Notes and Coins
Transactions
Funds
Foundations
Stocks
Assets
Debts
Contributions are welcome on interpretations of the theme not covered in this list and suggestions for whole panels are also actively encouraged.
Please send proposals (500 words max.) by 30 November 2002,
preferably in electronic format (MS Word or RTF documents), to
the e-mail address below or by post to the address at the bottom of this message.

Nous vous invitons à nous envoyer des propositions de communication pour le deuxième colloque de la «Society of Dix-Neuviémistes», qui aura lieu à l'Université de Leeds. Le thème de ce colloque sera 'Monnaies', dans tous les sens du mot. Nous encourageons une variété d'approches disciplinaires, théoriques et méthodologiques.

En plus des interprétatons du thème indiquées, les propositions traitant d'autres aspects seront considerées, ainsi que les propositions concernant des sessions entières.
Les propositions de communications (de 500 mots) sont à envoyer
avant le 30 novembre 2002, de préférence sous format éléctronique (MS
