Historical Media Review will be posting essays on the value and importance of history. The editorial board of HMR strongly believes that history is a tool of governments shaping it into their own needs and as a propaganda machine. Even educational systems shape history through their text books that are published with a slant. All of these thoughts and more should be incorporated in the essay.
