Abstracts of papers must not be more than 3 pages. We ask you to send abstracts by August 31, 2002.

The Organizing Committee of the Conference plans to publish the abstracts of the Conference.

The Organizing Committee of the Conference will provide accommodations for participants in the hotel “Chaika”. This is an apartment hotel with a two star rating located near the Law Faculty: Vasilievskiy ostrov, Kapitanskaia ul., 3. The current rate for a double room is 350 rubles (approx. $12) per night. In October it may be a little higher. If you need, we can help you with other forms of accommodation. We will meet you at the airport.
