LAW'S ENTERPRISE is the 21st annual conference of the Australia and New Zealand Law and History Society, to be held at the Carrington Hotel, Katoomba, NSW, Australia, between 11-13 July, 2002.
Keynote speakers are: Professor Bruce Mann, Law and History, University of Pennsylvania, and Christopher Tomlins, American Bar Foundation. Conference presenters include Stuart Banner, UCLA; David Konig, Washington University at St. Louis; Daniel Klerman, University of Southern California; Matthew Harington, George Washington University; Peter Karsten, University of Pittsburgh; John McLaren, University of Victoria, BC; and many more.
