The Montana Historical Society is pleased to announce the launching of its Lewis and Clark Expedition web site--Encountering Montana: Lewis and Clark In Big Sky Country. The site includes a bibliography of MHS holdings related to the expedition, a question and answer section, Montana time line, and information on the National Historic Landmarks pertaining to the expedition. The site is always changing, so keep an eye out for new books, maps, and other materials as we acquire them.
