I am organizing a panel revisiting the utopianism of Second Wave Feminism (late 1960s-early 1980s) to be presented at the Orlando meeting of the Society for Utopian Studies, October 24-27, 2002. I am particularly interested in the political functions of the movement's poetry and fiction, but am open to other possibilities. To propose a paper for possible inclusion in this panel, please send a brief c.v. and a one-page abstract by May 1, 2002.
