A two day Conference to mark the 40th anniversary of the Standing Conference on Library Materials on Africa (SCOLMA)
Keynote speaker: Professor Colin Bundy, Director of SOAS (School of Oriental & African Stuides), University of London.
Other speakers include Alvaro Correia de Nobrega (Lisbon), Lesley Hart (University of Cape Town), Dorothy Woodson (Yale University)
Conference fee: £90 for both days (includes Coffee/tea, lunch and reception in the Divinity School of the Bodleian Library, which is celebrating its 400th anniversary in 2002).
£50 for one day.
Student rate: £30 for both days, £15 for one day.
