CALL FOR SPEAKERS 2003-2005 Speakers in the Humanities Program Updated Application Deadline: April 1, 2002

The New York Council for the Humanities invites applications from humanities scholars who would like to be included in our 2003-2005 Speakers in the Humanities program catalogue. Since its launch in 1983, Speakers in the Humanities has linked distinguished scholars with a diverse adult audience through the presentation of lectures on a broad range of topics. Each year, hundreds of cultural and educational organizations take advantage of this program, which brings the best in humanities scholarship to thousands of citizens in virtually every corner of New York State. Please note, in order to participate, scholars must live or work in New York State.
