We are particularly interested in submissions on sexual deviancy, cultural studies perspectives on deviance, and legal, psychological and sociological approaches to deviance.
Michigan Feminist Studies, an annual publication edited by graduate students at the University of Michigan, addresses current issues in feminist and gender studies. MFS has previously published papers in anthropology, sociology, psychology, literature, language & linguistics, cultural and science studies, history, philosophy, art history, film, political science and education.
Manuscripts should be 4,000-6,000 words double-spaced. Submit three single-sided copies. Please include a 150-200 word abstract, brief biographical note, institutional and departmental affiliation, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Papers may be submitted in the accepted form of your academic discipline (e.g., MLA, APA). If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to submit an electronic file.
