CALL FOR BOOK REVIEW SUBMISSIONS
The Cambridge Review of International Affairs, published at the University of Cambridge in association with Carfax Publishing, is seeking book reviewers and books to review in all fields of international studies.
We publish five 700-word reviews in each issue of CRIA, which appears three times a year. We are looking for forthcoming or very recently released books that treat significant interpretive issues and have the potential to make important contributions to knowledge and understanding in their field of international studies. Publishers and authors are welcome to send books to the address below or to query the book review editor about potential title submissions.
Researchers, academic staff, credentialed experts, and current practitioners in international affairs are welcome to submit proposals for book reviews to CRIA. A proposal should consist of a brief statement about the significance of the book in question, basic information about its publisher and publication date, and a brief summary of the review author's background and reasons for interest in the book.
We generally receive many more books and review proposals than we can accommodate in each issue. However, we can promise careful and impartial consideration for each submission.
Review assignments for the our issue number 15.2 will be made in November 2001, with reviews due in early January. Proposals for future issues will also be considered. Potential authors should submit proposals by e-mail (plain text, no attachments please) to E. Thomas Wood, Book Review Editor: etw22@cam.ac.uk. Publishers may send books or bound galley proofs to:
