St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary hosted a Symposium celebrating the 200th Anniversary of Chief John Marshall's appointment to the United States Supreme Court. Panelist included: Martin Flaherty, Charles Hobson, Susan Herman & the Honorable John Gibbons. The Symposium will be published by the Journal of Legal Commentary in Volume 16, Issue 3 in 2002.
