We are interested in submissions from graduate students who are investigating questions through the “lens” of cultural studies. One important aim of WorkingPapers is to provide a space for graduate students to submit works-in-progress and receive constructive feedback from fellow students, faculty, and the public at large. Each submission will include the author(s) e-mail address and visitors to the site are encouraged to contact students with suggestions or comments. By establishing this electronic forum, we hope to foster a supportive and dynamic (virtual) dialog around a wide variety of issues. Moreover, by providing a space to thrash out methodological and/or theoretical concerns at the early stages of a project, the author might utilize the web site input to revise a paper for submission to a wider academic audience.
