We would like to draw your attention to the annual theme of the new international journal Ab Imperio, dedicated to the study of nationalism and nationalities in the former Russian Empire/USSR/CIS. Submissions are welcome from all disciplines. Although the journal has clear regional focus, we welcome submissions that deal with modernization, imperialism, nationalism in multiethnic societies in Central and Eastern Europe as well. Comparative works are particularly welcome. You can visit the website of the journal at the website below where the contents of the journal in 2000 has been made available to public free of charge.
Ab Imperio accepts manuscripts in English, Russian, French, German, Polish and Ukrainian. Translations from other languages should be discussed with editors well in advance.
