Tudor Place Artist-in-Residence Peter Waddell will teach the basics of watercolor during a weekend of painting in the 5 1/2-acre Tudor Place garden. Participants will meet at 1670 31st Street, N.W. and bring their own materials. $60 fee (Members $45) Reservations required.
