This year's theme is titled "Women Who Made a Difference," and this one day conference will highlight various women who have shaped the city of Dallas. Women who are the focus of sessions include:
- Ela Hockaday,
- Carrie Marcus Nieman,
- Blanche Greenburg,
- Lillian Bradshaw, and
- Juanita Craft.
The conference also will explore topics related to women's issues in Dallas, inlcuding suffrage and segregation. Registration is $25 due by Sept. 28, 2001. Limited registration may be available on the day of the conference for $35.
