The Southwest/Texas Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association invites panels and indiviual papers examining television and culture for its annual conference to be held February 13-17, 2002 at the Albuquerque Hilton Hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Posible areas of consideration include, but are not limited to:

Television Advertisements
Reality Television
Television and Film
Television and Literature
Television and Music
Game Shows
Cartoons
Soap Operas, including Wrestling
Sports Television
Sitcoms
Behind-the-scenes, production
dialogue, cosmetics, and image projection

Please send proposals for panels and individual papers (include a 100-word abstract and a one-page c.v.) by November 15 to the address below.
