Chronology of Empire Writers Wanted

East River Books is producing the Encyclopedia of Colonialism, to be published by ABC-CLIO, an award-winning academic reference publisher, and needs writers and scholars interested in world history to write CHRONOLOGIES of the history of various empires of the modern age (roughly 1400 to the present). Small honoraria paid; full authorial credit given; free copies of the book. Chronologies range in length from 500 words (Danish Empire) to 20,000 words (British Empire). Deadline for all chronologies is October 15, 2001.
