ARTS OF INDIA CONFERENCE is an academic and cultural event that is soliciting proposals for presentation of scholarly papers, professional dance and music performances, and art/film exhibits by August 15th related to the general topic, "INDIA'S ROLE IN GLOBALIZATION."

The October 5-6th conference will have concurrent sessions of panel/individual presentations of papers and performances as well as an outdoor festival atmosphere with Indian foods, folk dances, and vendor stalls. The venue is Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan.
