The Chronicle's Syllabus column profiles courses whose methods or subject matter are especially unusual, innovative, or interesting.
In the past few months, we've showcased courses on "The Hidden Art of the Holocaust," an engineering course on "Catastrophic Failure," and a class about the connections between mathematics and poetry. (See an archive of Syllabus columns at http://www.chronicle.com/teaching/syllabus.htm)
We'd like to hear suggestions for new Syllabus subjects from the instructors themselves, who can tell us explicitly about the significance of any particular class.
Send your tips and suggestions to syllabus@chronicle.com or fax us at 202-466-1033. No phone calls, please.
