Bill McKibben will present the Keynote Address at the Second Annual Writers' Conference and Workshop in honor of Rachel Carson from June 11-14, 2002 at the Spruce Point Inn in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. The event will celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the publication of Silent Spring.
The Conference/Workshop will be sponsored by Nature and Environmental Writers - College and University Educators (NEW-CUE), a 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. New and experienced writers, educators, and interested individuals are welcome.
