The International Social Theory Consortium will be holding its Second Annual Conference at the University of Sussex (5-8 July, 2001). The purpose of the Consortium and its annual conference is provide a forumn for the international social theory community. Thus we have invited papers that not only address the differences between European, North American and other perspectives on social theory, but encompass the diverse subject matter, theoretical approaches and methodological issues that characterize social theory.
