Over the years the congresses have been a meeting place for leaders form a number of fields, where the emerge of a North American society is debated. Attracting considerable media attention, the program often includes cabinet members and ambassadors.
Sponsored by The University of the Americas-Puebla, the American and Popular Culture Associations, the American Academy of Political and Social Science, the Hewlett Foundation, Phi Beta Delta, the Canadian and American embassies in Mexico and a number of other institutions, this fifth congress will discuss the North American community from cultural, economic, and political viewpoints.
