e-Journal of Demograhic History / Revue électronique de l'histoire démographique will publish - on the WEB - articles, research notes, book reviews and any other submissions which will further understanding of demographic history in any country and any era. This publication will be strictly a non-commercial venture. No subscription fees will be charged. Access will be freely available to anyone with a computer and a modem. The inaugural issue will appear in the fall of 2001. Submissions may be in either English or French.
