The Committee for the History of Retailing and Distribution (CHORD) invites postgraduates undertaking research in the history of retailing and/or distribution - focusing on any period or subject, and from any methodological perspective - to attend a one-day workshop.
Proposals for short presentations are invited. Proposals for brief ten-minute presentations are particularly welcome, focusing on any aspect of current research: sources, methodologies, theories, historiographical issues etc.
The workshop will be held at:
Dudley Campus, University of Wolverhampton
Fee: £ 8. Bursaries covering fee and (at least part of) travelling expenses may be available for those delegates not able to obtain funding from their own institutions
