The African Studies Committee of Edinboro University of
Pennsylvania invites paper and panel proposals which address
our conference theme. We welcome submissions from across the
disciplines (with an emphasis on the areas of history, literary
criticism, economics and globalization, political science and
international relations, education, and public health).
Proposals from graduate students are encouraged. Please submit
title and one-paragraph abstract by March 5 to
