11th International conference of historical geographers: Preliminary Prgramme
Nearly 300 papers will be presented during the 11th ICHG (Quebec City, 12-18 August 2001). Most of them deal with one or another theme of the conference: Imperial and colonial historical geographies; Historical geographies of the city; Environmental change; Natural and cultural heritage; Landscape(s) of collective memories; The historical geography of leisure and recreation.
