At 32, Eva Vajda is one of the founders of the genre of investigative
journalism in Hungary. She played a crucial role in uncovering many
serious financial improprieties--including the famous Postabank scandal--and a number of cases revealing political corruption. In addition to her recent appointment as head of the domestic policy desk at Nepszabadsag Online, she is also assistant professor of journalism at Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest.
