We invite papers and session proposals for the Culture Network of the Social Science History Association to be held in Chicago, November 15 - 18, 2001.
The deadline for the submission of brief abstracts is February 10, 2001.
We invite papers and session proposals on all topics, but the following areas are of particular interest:
- Culture and politics
- Nations and nationalisms
- History and memory
- Norms and cultural frameworks in economic exchange
- Cause and interpretation in cultural history
