The Michigan Academy of Science, Arts, and Letters will be holding its Annual Meeting at the University of Michigan, Dearborn on March 9 and 10, 2001. The History Section invites paper proposals in any field of history in any period. The deadline for submission of the 200-word abstract is November 8, 2000. Please e-mail, fax, or mail your abstract to professor Roger D. Long at Eastern Michigan University. Abstracts are printed in an edition of the "Michigan Academician" and the papers, once presented at the annual meeting are eligible to submission to the journal.
