The Program Committee of the 2001 Appalachian Studies Conference, to be held at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, West Virginia March 30th-April 1st, 2001, invites presentations based upon the conference theme, "Standing on the Mountain, Looking to the Future."

Participants are encouraged to propose poster sessions, roundtables, artistic presentations and other formats that foster discussion and participation. Additional information may be viewed at the Association's website.
