ANNOUNCING A NEW INTERNET RESOURCE ON BRAZILIAN STUDIES:
"Researching Brazil/Pesquisa no Brasil Web Site"

The site contains:
- a UNIQUE searchable database of 800+ citations of articles from over 70 Brazilian journals. The database has a historiographic and bibliographic focus, and represents an effort to include publications from places/institutions outside the Sao Paulo-Rio axis
- links to Brazilian research centers, online bibliographies, quantitative data sets, and full-text sources on a variety of topics,
- plus selected links to web sites on topics such as oral history and "Gramsci e o Brasil."
The site is oriented toward Brazil specialists and non-specialists alike, and is of particular interest to HISTORIANS, researchers in SOCIAL SCIENCES and those who work with a CULTURAL STUDIES focus.
