Call for Instructors: Live online eLearning opportunities at u4all.com
Call for Instructors
U4all.com (www.u4all.com) is developing a community education-based website and is looking for people with instructional abilities to augment their catalogue of distance learning courses. This opportunity would appeal to all academic and education/training professionals interested in reaching a global audience through the use of a live, interactive, virtual classroom.
Course content and topics are open, but should focus on meeting adult life-long learning pursuits. Interested instructors are subject matter experts with strong teaching skills, able to develop presentations using MS PowerPoint, and have a reliable internet connection.
U4all.com lists courses in 14 different categories ranging from Arts to Travel, and from Finance to Fitness. Students register from a list of prescheduled, live interactive courses. Instructors are paid a percentage of student fees. Start-up opportunites are also available for a limited time.
U4all.com is a virtual life-long learning campus, and a marketplace for knowledge. Instructors and students interact in live events using web-based connections from their computer desktops. Students hear instructors speak, see lesson materials including presentations, slides, whiteboards, and animation, can write notes, raise their hand, request to speak, and actively participate in classes. Instructors use an application interface which allows them to actively monitor students, lesson materials, in-class communication, speak directly to the class (or privately with an individual student), write, draw, underline, point etc. using whiteboard features, and administer polls, questions, tests and surveys to their audience. Statistical summaries of questions, tests and polls are immediately available to the instructor. Test and survey results are archived for future reference.
Instructors and students participate through interactive software interfaces, which are available for download free-of-charge at u4all.com. Instructors then post courses and schedule class events, while students register for classes and begin learning online. Classes are currently available for review, and a recorded demo also provides an introduction to this exciting new global learning environment.
If you are interested in becoming an instructor, please visit the u4all.com website (www.u4all.com) and register as an instructor. For more information and additional instructor opportunities contact Yigal Elbaz directly by phone or email (listed below). Feel free to forward and cross-post this announcement to others who may be interested.
