We would like to inform you that we have just released the English version of the site of the Ecole française de Rome, a French research institute in history and archeology.
The whole site is made up of more than 500 pages containing detailed
description of our activities : symposiums, publications, and of the library.
Concerning archaeology take a look at the "chronique" an account of the
excavations run by the Ecole francaise de Rome.
There is also an interesting overview of Surburbium, a workshop of studies about Roman suburbs.
We plan to have an Italian version by next summer.
We would be very pleased if you could put our homepage (or the homepages of the single research projects) in your links, so that it would become available to all concerned.
