Israeli Industrial Relations System: Time for Change
The annual meeting of the Israeli Industrial Relations Research Association will include for following parts:
- A guest speaker
- Students' papers
- Presentation of four reports by teams of association members. The teams discussed the following topics:
- Unions, Employer Associations and Colective Bargaining
- The labor market
- The public sector, legislation
- Industrial Relations on the plant level.
Each team is expected to propose ideas for promoting changes in the Israeli industrial relations system
