The Modern Drama Society of the South Central Modern Language Association is accepting abstracts that address the work of Edward Albee for its pre-approved session at the SCMLA Convention in San Antonio, Texas, November 9-11, 2000. In keeping with the conference theme "Teaching Languages and Literatures: Histories, Practices, Speculations," papers addressing Albee's commitment to teaching or the teaching of his plays are especially encouraged, though papers discussing any aspects of his work will be welcome.
500 word abstracts or completed papers should be submitted by April 1,
2000 to Paul Streufert via either e- or snail mail.
