The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation presents week-long workshops for elementary, middle and high school teacher of American history "on location" in Colonial Williamsburg. Graduate credit is available upon completion of the Institute.
The cost of the week-long program is $1,500. Tuition covers admission to Colonial Williamsburg exhibition sites and four evening programs; Jamestown Settlement; Yorktown; seven nights' lodging in a colonial tavern or home on Duke of Gloucester Street; all meals, including several at historic Colonial Williamsburg taverns; transportation throughout the week (airfare not included); and educational materials.
