The Association of American Colleges & Universities' (AAC&U) will be
hosting "Diversity, Democracy and Social Responsibility: A Global
Symposium" in Albuquerque, NM, October 28th, 1999
Come together with faculty, administrators, and students from around the country and the world to explore the questions, challenges, and
opportunities of providing a global perspective on diversity, democracy
and social responsibility for a future generation of students. The opening plenary will feature Harold Hodgkinson, Director of the Center for Demographic Policy at the Institute for Educational Leadership, and a panel of international delegates (from India, South Africa, and the United States) participating in The Ford Foundation sponsored Tri-National Seminar on Campus Diversity.
