The 6th Annual Conference of the Robinson Jeffers Association will be held in Carmel, California, on Saturday and Sunday, February 26 & 27, 2000. The theme of the conference will be "Jeffers and the Apocalypse." Papers and panels are solicited on this subject and on Jeffers's narrative, "The Double Axe," which will also be the subject of a special focus. Other panel or paper proposals dealing with any aspect of the life, work, and influence of Robinson Jeffers are also welcome.
All proposals should be mailed or emailed to David J. Rothman with copies to Robert Zaller.
