The SOUTH CAROLINA HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION welcomes proposals for papers for its annual meeting on Saturday, March 4, 2000 at
Greenville Technical College-Greer Campus in Greer, South Carolina.
The annual meeting will be broadly based around the theme, "Conflict and Consensus during the Millennium: South Carolina, The Nation and the World." While presentations may come from any field or era of history, papers fitting the above theme, however generally, are especially welcomed. Papers may also examine theoretical or pedagogical issues in the study of history. Both individual and panel proposals will be considered. Deadline for submission of proposals is December 1, 1999.
