The American Studies Association-Canadian Association for American Studies
(ASA-CAAS) Conference Program book for the 1999 meeting, to be held
October 28-31, 1999 in Montreal, Quebec, is "under construction" but nearing
completion. Here you will be able to look up session times and hotel
locations, session descriptions, directions, guided and walking tours in
Montreal, etc. Since it is yet under construction, its availability may be
sporadic for a short time. Until it is completed, we appreciate your
