CALL FOR PAPERS AND PROPOSALS

The theme of the 2000 Georgia Political Science Association (GPSA) meeting will be "Democracy in the 21st Century: New Challenges and New Opportunities." All scholars wishing to submit proposals for papers and/or panels should send their requests by September 15, 1999, to Michael Baun.

All scholars wishing to serve as discussants or panel chairs should also send their requests.
