The Encyclopedia of the American Civil War is a multi-volume reference work
edited by David S. Heidler and Jeanne T. Heidler and published by ABC-CLIO.
Scheduled for completion in 2000, it will contain alphabetically arranged
entries on all aspects of the war. The editors invite those wishing to
contribute articles.
The web site contains detailed
information on available topics as well as a facility for communicating
with the editors.
