NEW DIRECTIONS IN THE HISTORY OF RETAILING AND DISTRIBUTION
The Conference aims to survey the present state of research into the history
of retailing and distribution, from the early modern to the contemporary
period, and to review possible directions for future work, both in Britain
and elsewhere.

The Conference will be hosted by CHORD: the Committee for the History Of Retailing and Distribution at The Science Park, University of Wolverhampton,
a purpose-built Conference venue close to Wolverhampton city centre, with
convinient road and rail/bus access.
Conference fee: £ 22. This includes both lunch and refreshments throughout
the day. A limited number of bursaries are available for students and
un-/low-waged individuals who are not able to obtain institutional funding.
