TAP is designed to ethically rehabilitate, morally re-orientate and economically empower the adolescent of Rivers State and Nigeria at all levels of national development. Pursuant to this, our mission is to inculcate leadership and responsive citizenship qualities in our adolescent while rescuing them from social vices.
