ASPA announces plans for
5th Annual ASPA Founders Forum in Honor of Herbert Kaufman:

The American Society for Public Administration will hold its 67th Annual ASPA National Conference April 1-4, 2006 in Denver, CO, This year's Founders Forum will be held on Saturday, April 1 and will feature special events including a luncheon in honor of this year's winner of the Paul Van Riper Award.
Forum co-chairs Larry Terry and Meredith Newman have announced that this year's Founders Forum will focus special attention on the work of Herbert Kaufman. A special call for papers as well as additional information on the Founders Forum events will be announced in the near future.
