Cosef has two sections:
- The Bureau
- The directory committee
The bureau is composed of the president,the secretary general and her assistant, the treasurer and her assistant,, the president of the commisions and her assistant.
The directory committee is composed by 40 members.
Cosef has branches in the ten regions of the country and in the 30 departments.Each branch is autonomous and can lead its own activities.
